The Languedoc is the oldest viticultural region of France, yet it is with pioneers and discoverers with an outlook for specific terroirs that we have developed our vineyards.
We have selected the best areas, with the best positioning, generally uprooted original vines that were unable to reach the quality level desired, and therefore replanted grape varieties suitable to each parcel and micro-climate.
Viticulture holds a main position in winemaking, with respect for nature; the quality of the grape is indeed essential.
